Kenneth S. Rose, ESQ

Kenneth S. Rose is the managing partner of Morse, Zelnick, Rose & Lander, LLP, a boutique corporate and securities law firm based in New York City.  He serves as counselor and advisor to entities and individuals across a multitude of industries.

Ken is deeply dedicated to philanthropic endeavors - his coordination of the formation of World of Smiles and implementation of its governance infrastructure was the most recent in a series of not-for-profit initiatives he has been affiliated with.  His most significant imprint on the philanthropic world, to date, is his role as a director of Charity Navigator, the largest charity evaluator in America, which helps guide intelligent giving by evaluating the financial health, accountability and transparency of more than 9,000 nonprofits.  Ken has been affiliated with CN since 2004 and was one of its initial directors.

Incremental to his 40+ year friendship with Dr. Hudson, his interest in World of Smiles was driven by the tireless dedication he observed of Drs. Arteaga, Halperin and Hudson to their volunteer work providing dental care to the underserved children in the Dominican Republic.
